Designing Creative Learning Experiences

Instructional Design & Learning Development
From initial concept through digital delivery, I design engaging and accessible learning experiences that balance structure with creativity. My work is grounded in experiential learning theory, emphasizing active participation, reflection, and real-world application. For example, I developed a collaborative digital mural experience that guides learners through reflection, creation, and group interaction using a structured instructional sequence.

Creative & Experiential Learning Design
I design learning environments that prioritize creativity, collaboration, and learner engagement. Drawing on Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory and guided experiential learning models, I create opportunities for learners to actively engage, reflect, and apply new knowledge in meaningful ways. This approach supports deeper understanding while maintaining a strong human-centered focus.

Accessibility & Human-Centered Design
I design with accessibility and inclusion at the forefront, integrating Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to support diverse learners. My approach emphasizes clarity, flexibility, and meaningful engagement, ensuring that all learners can participate fully in the experience.
Digital & Hybrid Learning Environments

I apply best practices in multimedia and digital learning to create structured yet flexible instructional experiences. Guided by principles from Mayer’s Multimedia Learning Theory, I design materials that reduce cognitive overload while supporting clarity, engagement, and accessibility. My work bridges physical and digital learning spaces, ensuring that learners remain connected, supported, and actively involved
